We accept returns within 7–14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as:
Innerwear, swimwear, or intimate items
Sale/clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
Customized or personalized products
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
We offer exchanges only for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
